Active Imaging specialise in the development and supply of video server systems, as well as the provision of video information services for a wide range of promotional and e-commerce applications.
I am responsible for the development of the Active Imaging web site, as well as the development and maintenance of other Vislink plc group web sites. I also develop web-based front ends which allow our customers to interact with their webcast and video serving machines.
I have also built demonstration sites for clients incorporating streaming video, database integration (PostgreSQL), and dynamic content with PHP. Demonstrations include an example of how streaming video content could be incorporated into a supermarket's web site to provide a more engaging experience, as well as a complete and functioning multi-lingual online store (without live credit card authorisation).
